Auberge Inn at Providence Bay, Manitoulin Island

Auberge Inn is a small international hostel situated in the heart of the village of Providence Bay on the largest freshwater island in the world~Manitoulin Island! Auberge Inn is OPEN ALL YEAR! You can enjoy all the seasons on beautiful Manitoulin Island.

The hostel is situated 400 steps (in actual count) from the longest sandy beach and boardwalk on Manitoulin Island. The beach, no matter what the season, is worth the trip; always breathtaking sunsets - a photographer’s delight!

Take a relaxing walk on the beach and enjoy a magnificient sunset. Auberge Inn is a hostel for people of all ages. They have welcomed as young as 4 month olds to as young at heart as 95! Trust Alain and Natalie… you’ll need more than one day to visit the largest freshwater island in the World!

Auberge Inn, Providence Bay, Manitoulin Island, Northern Ontario

Recently a French video documentary about the Auberge Inn Hostel was featured on TFO Televison Francophone de l'Ontario sur l'émission Relief. Auberge Inn is located on Manitoulin Island, the largest freshwater island in the world, in Lake Huron.
